At The Summit, Moka, Vetiver TT demonstrated its specialized expertise in maintaining and fortifying complex residential infrastructure projects.

Our team executed multiple critical Vetiver System (VS) maintenance and land stabilization initiatives throughout 2022. Our scope of work included targeted tree cutting to ensure optimal sunlight for the Vetiver System on the North Side, thereby enhancing its growth and erosion control capability.

We also performed intricate general VS maintenance in challenging areas, including the space above the sewer tank and along the street level, requiring the use of specialized rope and harness techniques for safe and effective execution. These essential, ongoing maintenance projects ensure the long-term stability and performance of the bioengineering solution protecting The Summit’s valuable slopes and land.
